Viewing, editing or deleting details

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal details. In addition, you are entitled to withdraw any permission for the processing of details or to object against the processing of your details by Lyfo and you have the right to transfer of details. This means that you can request us to send the personal details, that we have of you in a computer file, to you or another organisation, mentioned by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, removal detail transfer of your personal details or request the withdrawal of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal details to info@lyfo.com. In order to make sure that the request for inspection was indeed made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document in the request. Please, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and National Insurance Number in this copy black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest. How do we secure personal details?

Lyfo takes the protection of your details very seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired disclosure and unauthorised amendment.
